Payments:

Resort-Deposit amount is $150 per person, and balance due 45 days prior to travel.

Air-Airfare is due in FULL at the time of confirmation. Air pricing is subject to change until booked.

Travel insurance cost and coverage:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, but is not required. Full policy details can be found above. Travel insurance will cover for cancellation for major medical reasons prior to travel, or a death in the family. Travel insurance also covers during travel due to; weather delays, weather & illness trip interruptions, and also acts as a primary insurance with NO deductible should you need medical treatment during travel.
Should you decide you do not wish to take travel insurance, please sign and return the DECLINE insurance waiver form at the time of booking.
Please read fill policy terms & exclusions: Pregnancy is never considered a covered reason, preexisting medical is only covered when insurance is paid for within 21 days of your first trip payment & you must be fit to travel at the time of booking and NOT traveling against the advice of a physician.
For all cancellations documentation is required, and eligibility will be reviewed by Travelex Insurance claims department.
Vacation Vibes travel is not responsible for denied claims.

Valid Passports are required for travel (no matter what the age).

Minors who are NOT traveling with both parent will be required to carry a notarized letter from the other parent, authorising the children to leave the country (or a court document showing full custody).
